LGBTQ Green Dot Initiation
LGBTQ youth can often feel overlooked and invisible when it comes to the issue of violence. Research shows there are high levels of sexual violence, stalking, and partner violence in the LGBTQ community and fewer resources to look to for support. The VIP Center is committed to providing not only support, but also successful prevention strategies for the LGBTQ students, faculty and staff on campus. Join us on Wednesday, October 10th from 7-9:00pm at our Center in Frazee Hall to learn more about power-based personal violence and how YOU can be a part of the “Green Dot” solution.
Register today at www.uky.edu/studentaffairs/vipcenter under “Programs and Events”.
